Our prices are crystal clear. All call outs inc fault finding/surveys are charged the above rate for the first hour, The client has the option of being charged for travel time should parts be needed at the full hourly rate or arrange a return visit. Most faults can be diagnosed within the hour, we are happy to provide fixed price quotes for all works.
All works with a material cost of over £150.00 will require a deposit prior to any works being carried out.
Engineers are to be paid in full on completion of works
